RideLock Terms of Service

By using RideLock, you agree to the following:

1. RideLock is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a driving aid, not a substitute for safe riding — always follow traffic laws and ride attentively regardless of whether RideLock is recording.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideLock's developer is not liable for any loss, damage, or missed footage, including footage lost due to storage limits, device failure, or app errors.
3. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding recording video and audio, including any requirement to inform passengers or other people that recording is taking place.
4. The subscription is billed yearly to the Google account that purchased it, renews automatically unless cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled at any time through Google Play. It applies to any device signed into that account. Refunds are handled through Google Play's own refund policy.
5. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
